BREAKFAST IN FRANCE

In France, a common breakfast is a slice of French bread with honey, tons of butter and jam, or simply Nutella smeared all over it--- or a croissant with a piece of dark chocolate melted in the center.
A square of chocolate is a typical after-lunch treat consumed with a strong coffee.

A glass (or two) of wine is served with lunch AND dinner.
Happy hour occurs every day and involves a glass of some type of liquor or even a soda for those who don't want alcohol.

French people are studied far and wide for their longevity and health, and eating in France is a phenomenon most people never forget.
And slimness, an active lifestyle, and attractiveness are highly prized.

Did you catch that? ONE slice. ONE glass. ONE square.
Enjoy. Moderate. Pleasure delay.
Life will be delicious.
You're welcome.
