Kenya's presido in inauguration of the new president

Kenya's Deputy President, William Ruto represented Kenyan President, Uhuru Kenyatta at the inauguration of Nigeria's new president Buhari. Kenyatta cancelled his trip to Nigeria following public outcry over his very large entourage.
